Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 pounds Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
  • 6-1/2 ounces, weight Boursin Light Garlic And Herbs Gourmet Shreadable Cheese
  • 2/3 cups Half-and-half
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes. Drain and return to pan. Warm on stove for another minute. Remove from heat.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish.
