- 1 c. diced fresh peaches or drained canned peaches
- 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Arrange fruit in the bottom of a shallow 1-quart serving dish. Place remaining ingredients in an electric blender.

2Cover and blend at medium speed, 10 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

3Pour sauce over fruit and stir gently to mix.

4Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
