  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped pepper rings
  • 1 Tbsp. juice from rings
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. apple jelly or sweet marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet red pepper
  • whole hot pepper rings (for garnish)

Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.

    Garnish with pepper rings.

    Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
