- 6 medium potatoes, cooked in skins
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Peel and cube or slice potatoes.

2Place into a 9-inch square pan.

3Heat together the margarine, soup and sour cream.

4Add cheese; heat until melted.

5Pour sauce over potatoes.

6Top with 1/4 cup margarine and 2 cups corn flake crumbs.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
