- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- 3 c. cake flour
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream butter and sifted sugar thoroughly.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time, on high speed.

3Beat well.

4Add flour which has been sifted 3 times alternately with whipping cream, adding flour first and last.

5Add vanilla, lemon and almond extracts.

6Cook in greased and floured pan at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tested done.

7Do not open oven during first hour.

8Cool slightly before moving from pan.
