- 1 cup coconut water
- 4 oz frozen raspberries
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 None lime, peeled
Directions

1Place cashews in a medium bowl and cover with cold water. Let stand at room temperature for 2-4 hours. Drain.

2Transfer cashews to a high speed blender along with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Increase speed to high for 1 min, or until smooth and creamy.
