  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white rice, rinsed and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins, parboiled 15 min.
