Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 qt. milk
- 1 c. River rice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1In a large pan, bring milk, rice, butter and salt to a boil, stirring with a fork.

2Put lid on and turn on low until rice is done (about 30 minutes).

3In a small bowl, beat egg, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla together.

4Stir in with rice until thick and creamy like pudding.

5Let cool 30 minutes.

6Pour into casserole. Cover to stay creamy.

7Chill.

8Sprinkle with cinnamon when served.
