- 1 12 lbs Italian sausages
- 7 potatoes, diced
- 4 onions, chopped
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 10 white mushrooms, chopped
- 2 (10 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup water
- 1 tablespoon beef stock powder
Directions

1Cut the sausages into smaller pieces.

2Put the sausages and veggies in the slow cooker.

3Dissolve the beef stock powder in the water and add to the slow cooker.

4Add cream of mushroom soups.

5Cook for 4-8 hours (depending on your slow cooker setting).
