  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 pkg. (142 g each) baby spinach leaves

Directions

    Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.

    Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Stir in cream cheese spread, milk and pepper; cook on low heat 1 to 2 min.

    or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.

    Add 1/3 of the spinach; cook 2 min.

    or just until wilted, stirring frequently.

    Add remaining spinach, in batches, cooking and stirring 1 to 2 min.

    after each addition just until wilted.
