- 5 egg whites
- 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons powdered french vanilla fat free non-dairy coffee creamer
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Place 6 creme brulee dishes in a 13x9 inch baking dish.

3Combine the milk, brown sugar and powder creamer in a medium skilled over medium heat.

4Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

5In the meantime, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract.

6Remove the milk mixture from heat and whisk in the egg white mixture.

7Pour into 6 creme brulee dishes.

8Pour hot water into the baking dish.

9Bake for 28 minutes.
