Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil.

2Brown onion and celery in 1 tablespoon oil and add flour.

3Add tomatoes and make a sauce.

4Add green pepper, seasonings, meat and water.

5Cook slowly for 10 to 20 minutes.

6Serve over rice.

7(All ingredients can be modified to taste and the recipe definitely improves with age.)
