- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and butter to meat mixture.

3Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chopped cabbage.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
