- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Heat cooked rice.

2Brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet.

3Add remaining ingredients except rice.

4Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 35 minutes or until pork chops are tender.

5Serve with rice.
