Ingredients

  • 6 fresh pork chops
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    In hot frying pan, season and brown pork chops slowly and thoroughly on both sides.

    Mix together all other ingredients and pour over browned chops.

    Cover and cook slowly for one hour or until tender.
  4. 4
    Serve with rice.
