- 2 lb. hamburger
- 3 to 4 large pieces celery, chopped
- 2 to 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 2 to 3 cans tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry hamburger in patties as for regular hamburgers and drain. Combine cans of soup (add 3/4 can of water to each can of soup), onions, celery and green pepper.

2Cook until onions, celery and green peppers are tender.

3Crumble patties and add to soup mixture. Simmer on low until the mixture becomes thick.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Serve on slightly toasted open hamburger buns.
