- 1/2 lb. pork sausage, hamburger or any leftover meat
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked tomatoes
- 2 c. cooked vegetables
Directions

1Brown meat lightly in skillet. Add onion and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft but not brown. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.

2Add tomatoes. Cook until blended.

3Stir until smooth and thickened. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

4Pour into hot scone shell.
