- 8 pork chops
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- flour
- milk
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- tomato juice
Directions

1Brown pork chops in small amount of vegetable oil.

2Remove and saute peppers and onion.

3Remove and make gravy with oil, flour and water (or milk).

4Cook 2 cups rice and set aside.

5Layer in casserole the chops, onions, green peppers, rice with gravy and tomato juice, beginning with rice and ending with gravy, rice and tomato juice.

6Salt and pepper as needed.

7Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

8Makes 4 to 8 servings.
