- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
- 1 c. fresh finely chopped mushrooms
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 5 large peeled chopped tomatoes
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

2This sauce is excellent on baked fish, veal or chicken.
