- 1 14 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter, plus extra melted butter for greasing the pan
- 34 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Blend the milk, eggs and butter in an electric blender just long enough to combine.

2Add the flour, sugar and salt.

3Blend for 30 seconds on high speed.

4Scraped down the sides of the container and continue to blend for 30 seconds longer.

5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

6Heat a 6-inch crepe pan or frying pan (preferably non-stick) over medium heat.

7Brush the pan with melted butter.

8Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter in to the pan and swirl around the pan to distribute evenly.

9Cook until brown; turn and cook for approximately 30 seconds more.

10Remove from the pan and repeat until the batter is used up.
