- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Directions

1Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.

2Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.

3Break the eggs into the well and add 1/3 of the milk.

4Gradually whisk the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until very smooth.

5Then whisk in the butter, remaining milk and vanilla.

6Let the batter rest 30 minutes at room temperature.

7Brush a crepe pan with the melted butter.

8Heat the pan over medium heat.

9Then poor about 2 Tbs batter, tilting the pan to thinly coat the bottom.

10Cook the crepes until golden brown.

11Then flip it with the spatula and cook the other side.

12Repeat to cook all the crepes.
