- 3/4 c. crushed canned French fried onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
- 1 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut into 16 pieces (about 1/2 lb.)
- 1 egg, beaten
- sesame or poppy seed
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease cookie sheet.

3In small bowl, combine French fried onions, flour and salt.

4Blend well. Set aside.

5Separate dough into 8 triangles.

6Cut each in half to make 16 triangles.

7Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg; coat with onion mixture.

8Place one coated piece on wide end of each triangle; roll to opposite point.

9Place point side down on greased cookie sheet.

10Brush tops with remaining egg; sprinkle with seeds.

11Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

12Serve warm.
