Ingredients
- 3 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion or some minced onion
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimento (optional)
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/2 to 1 c. crushed croutons
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1/2 can milk
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Blend softened cream cheese and butter.

2Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, onion and pimento (optional).

3Mix well.

4Separate the crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Seal perforations.

5Put in bottom of pan.

6Spoon 1/2 cup mixture on each.

7Pull corners together and seal. Brush with melted butter. Pour the can of cream of chicken soup diluted with the milk mixture over top. Top with crushed croutons and I also add some shredded Cheddar cheese on top.

8Bake at 350° until brown.
