- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions.

2Add tomato sauce and sliced mushrooms (drain).

3Pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.

4Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of meat mixture.

5Add oregano and basil to sour cream.

6Mix well.

7Separate crescent rolls.

8Place 1 tablespoon or less sour cream on each roll.

9Roll up as for regular crescent roll.

10Place on top of meat and cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until rolls are browned nicely.
