Crescent Roll - Cheese Cake

- 2 crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 egg, separated
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla; set aside.

2On a slightly greased cookie sheet, spread one can crescent rolls.

3Pinching together at all seams.

4Spread cream cheese mixture on top of rolls.

5Take second can of rolls and put on top of cream cheese layer.

6Pinch together all seams.

7Beat the egg white until foamy; brush the top of the rolls with it.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Remove from oven and let stand for about 5 minutes.

10Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

11Can be served warm or cold.
