- 2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 to 4 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients in large bowl.

2Heat milk and butter until butter is melted.

3Add to first ingredients with eggs. Add remaining flour.

4Turn onto floured surface.

5Knead until no longer sticky.

6Set aside to rise.

7Punch down.

8Divide dough into halves.

9Roll out large circle. Cut into triangles.

10Lightly spread melted butter on dough. Roll up large end first.

11Place on lightly greased pan.

12Bake at 350° until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
