- 3 to 4 lb. fresh cressic greens
- bacon or ham trimmings
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash greens and cut off roots.

2Place greens in large pot with water.

3Boil until tender.

4Drain off water.

5Cook ham or bacon trimmings in pan until fat has cooked out.

6Place drained grease into fat and mix with drippings and salt and pepper to taste.
