  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

    Cream Crisco and sugar.

    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.

    Add flour, a little at a time, until all mixed in.

    Add pecans, vanilla and salt and mix well.

    Bake in 350° oven in Bundt pan for 1 hour.
