- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/4 c. Crisco oil
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper in a large plastic bag; set aside.

2Pour evaporated milk in bowl.

3Dip chicken pieces in evaporated milk.

4Add a few pieces chicken to bag.
