Crisp Fried Cabbage

- 1 medium firm white cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. corn oil
Directions

1Heat a frypan with a little oil.

2Slice cabbage thinly into strips and fry a couple of handfuls at a time in the pan, adding more oil as cabbage absorbs it.

3Turn over with a spatula to prevent burning and keep adding cabbage until all is used up.

4Cook for about 5 minutes.

5Be careful not to get it too oily.

6Just before serving, sprinkle with sugar and soy sauce.

7Turn once or twice.

8Serves 4.
