- 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Cook beef; drain and save bouillon.

2In large pan, combine beef, tomato juice, beef bouillon, onion, celery and corn.

3Season to taste.

4Heat to boiling.

5Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
