  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted, skins removed and finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 4 sheets filo pastry
  • light olive oil spray
  • 2 Pink Lady apples, halved, cored and thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.87 thru 02/09
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar

Directions

    Combine Philly*, hazelnuts, honey, egg and lemon rind until smooth.

    Lay one sheet of filo onto bench top, spray with oil, and top with another sheet.

    Continue with remaining sheets.

    Cut stack into 8 pieces.

    Push the filo pieces into 8 greased 1/2 cup capacity muffin tins.

    Divide the Philly* mixture evenly between the 8 pastry bases.

    Top with apple slices then sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake at 190 degrees C for 15-20 minutes until golden and filling is cooked.
