- 100 grams Butter
- 60 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 170 grams Cake flour
Directions

1Bring the butter to room temperature, and cream with a whisk.

2Add sugar and mix.

3Add the egg yolk, and mix until the mixture becomes smooth.

4Finally, add cake flour, and fold in.

5Roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit in the fridge for about 1 hour.

6Roll out the dough to 5 mm thickness, and cut out shapes.

7Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 170C/340F.

8I usually let them cool on newspaper.

9It absorbs the oil well.

10Let cool completely, and they're done.
