- 2 to 3 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- vegetable oil
Directions

4Soak 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

5Beat eggs with 1/2 cup milk.

6Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

9Dip in egg mixture.

10Again, coat with flour.

11Place in preheated oil in heavy pan.

12Cook over medium heat until golden brown and juices run clear when stuck.
