- 60 grams Butter
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 130 grams Cake flour
Directions

1Preparation: Soften the butter to room temperature.

2Cream the butter and sugar until pale.

3Add the egg yolk and mix some more.

4Add the flour, and mix with a rubber spatula in a cutting motion.

5Bring the dough together.

6Wrap, and let it chill in the fridge for an hour (or 30 minutes in the freezer).

7Spread plastic wrap on top and roll out the dough to 5 mm thick.

8Cut out the dough and bake for 17-20 minutes at 180C.
