  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. crushed onion flavored crackers
  • 2 lb. fresh fish fillets

    Combine first four ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Add 1/4 cup of this mixture to crushed crackers.

    Place fish in square baking pan.

    Pour lemonade mixture over fish.

    Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes.
