  • 3 None eggs
  • 3/4 cup hot red pepper sauce
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 (1 - 2 1/2 lb) whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • None None oil, for frying

Directions

    In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with 1/3 cup water. Add hot sauce. In a separate shallow dish, combine flour and pepper. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder and 1 tsp salt. Dip in egg then coat in flour.

    Heat oil to 350°F. Fry chicken until lightly browned and crispy.
