  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup oil

Directions

    Coat the chicken in the egg and shake off any excess egg.

    Transfer the chicken into the dry inredient bowl and coat evenly.
