- 1/2 c. oleo
- 6 medium size potatoes
- 1 tsp. onion salt or onion powder
- dash of pepper
- dash of chili powder
Directions

1Melt 1/2 cup oleo in large shallow baking pan.

2Pare potatoes and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.

3Coat both sides of potato with oleo in baking pan and place 1 layer deep.

4Sprinkle with onion salt, pepper and chili powder.

5Bake at 425° until browned, about 25 minutes.

6(The potatoes can be cut into wedges instead of crosswise.)
