- 1 tsp. ginger, grated or juice
- 2 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 c. cornstarch for coating
- 1/2 Tbsp. sake (Japanese wine)
- oil for deep frying
Directions

1Separate the wings at the joints.

2Discard the tips.

3Rub with salt and rinse clean.

4Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 1 hour or overnight.
