- 3 oz. Tabasco sauce
- 5 lb. sugar
- 12 garlic cloves, sliced
Directions

1Slice pickles, drain and put in a big container.

2Add sugar, garlic cloves and Tabasco sauce and seal in a large jar. Refrigerate. Reverse jar top to bottom each day for two weeks; leave as turned (upside down) daily.
