Crispy Ranch Chicken

  • 2 c. crushed Ranch flavored potato chips
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Place potato chips on a sheet of wax paper. Stir in pepper. Coat chicken breasts in mayonnaise.

    Roll in chips until coated. Arrange chicken on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan or cookie sheet.

    Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and done.
