2Combine the Pablo, olive oil and herbs (I used thyme) in a pan and heat on medium until Panko is toasted.

3Cut salmon into strips.

4Put flour and egg into shallow bowls separately.

5Start by dipping salmon pieces into flour.

6Then the egg.

7Then the Panko.

8Line up on a baking dish.

9Pop them in the oven for 25 minutes.

10Serve with cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, or ketchup!
