- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumb
Directions

1Season the fillets with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased baking dish large enough to hold fish in one layer.

3Spread on fish, then top the the breadcrumbs.

4Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
