  • 1 12 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 14 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 14 cup oil
  • melted butter
  • coarse salt
  • sesame seeds
  • poppy seed (to garnish)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Mix flours, sugar, soda, salt.

    Stir in buttermilk and oil.

    Shape dough into 6 balls.

    Roll each ball into a 9 inch square on a lightly floured cloth covered board.

    Cut into squares or rough strips depending on the shape you want.
