- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. crme de menthe liqueur
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease one 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat the white sugar with 1 cup of the butter or margarine until light and fluffy.

3Beat in the eggs.

4Then stir in the flour, salt, chocolate syrup and vanilla.

5Mix until combined.

6Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

7Let cook, then frost with Crme De Menthe Frosting.

8Refrigerate until set.

9Then spread melted chocolate topping over top.

10Let sit until set.

11Cut into bars.
