Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 (16 oz. each) cans red kidney beans, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 oz. each) cans tomatoes, drained
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- salt to taste
Directions

1In a large saucepan, brown meat and drain on paper towels. Put all ingredients in 4-quart crock-pot and stir well.

2Cover and cook on low heat 10 to 12 hours. Yields 12 cups.
