- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar or less
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Boil in open pan for 15 minutes with 1/4 cup vinegar and water to cover. Pour off all liquid. Put in pressure and add water, salt, pepper with 1/2 apple and small onion in cavity. Cook about 2 hours on 10 pounds pressure. Take liquid and make dressing if you like it.
