- 1 (3 or 4 lb.) Boston butt roast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. meat broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Put meat, sugar, salt and vinegar in crock-pot and cook until well done.

2Remove meat from crock-pot.

3Remove bones and cut into small pieces.

4Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and toss with meat.

5Heat in crock-pot again until hot.
