- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 teaspoons capers
- 4 teaspoons mango chutney
- 4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 12 cup diced tomato
- 14 cup raisins, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 14 cup fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons curry powder (brand S & B red or yellow can)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 12 lbs beef back ribs, bone in
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 7 ounces coconut milk
- salt and pepper
